Application procedure

With this system the incoming student applies directly into the system and needs to create a login account first and chooses the exchange programme that he/she wishes to follow. The following steps need to be taken in order to create a login account:

  1. Create a login account at https://sis.saxion.nl/account. After creating an account you will receive an e-mail with your log in number and a temporary password. This email might end up in your junk mail folder, so please make sure you check this folder as well.
  2. Login with your log in number and password on our application portal https://sis.saxion.nl/.
  3. Apply for the programme of your choice. Please choose 'exchange' and select the programme of your choice. Answer the additional questions and make sure you upload the required documents (see for a list of required documents below).
  4. Do not forget to submit your application in step 7 of the application procedure.
The following documents need to be uploaded into the system:
  1. Small picture
  2. Copy passport
  3. Most recent transcript
The International Office will check the application together with the documents and decides to accept or reject the incoming student. The student will receive a confirmation of the rejection or the approval in his/her mailbox. In case the student is accepted, the registration of the student will be finalised and the necessary preparations, for example housing, insurance, visa (if necessary), will be made by the faculty. Information relating the introduction week will be send to the student(s) within the first two weeks of July.
